Derma is a boutique spa founded in 2021 in Roanoke, Virginia. Founder, Alicia Hibbs, has been in the esthetics industry for 20 years.  She brings many years of training and knowledge to give you the best experience and outcome for your skin and body needs. At Derma, we focus on customer experience, health and happiness. We can’t wait to have you here.

Meet Alicia Hibbs

Founder

I am a 1998 graduate of Daniel’s Institute of Holistic Health, where I received my massage education and got my certificate through the Virginia Board of Nursing.  From there, I went on to study at The Conservatory of Esthetics in Richmond, and later received my master esthetics license that allows me to do the treatments I love to do.  I have had a passion for all things massage, healthy skin, healthy glow, & inner happiness.  I recently graduated from Virginia Western Community College with my Practical Nursing License.  Next up…RN. I like to investigate what is going on with my clients, and figure out a game plan to achieve the desired results that the client is looking for.  Together, the client and I can determine which route suits them the best.

Meet Becca Hunter

licensed master aesthetician

Becca has been a master aesthetician since 2017, and a permanent cosmetic tattoo artist since 2021. She has been professionally trained and certified with multiple lasers and modalities, skinpen microneedling, and some of the top medical grade Skincare companies. Her diverse knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare drives her success, and patient results.
